Condolences from Midget 91a
Well there's not much of an update for this week. As most of you may know by now, a stockcar driver passed away after a nasty accident at Huntly Speedway on the weekend just gone and the meeting was called off after this. This is a part of racing unfortunately and the risk that everyone takes. It's very sad to see this happen and the Speedway community is all behind his family.
We did have one heat race, which we were leading until we were taken out of the running by the car following us and spun us mid straight while we both of us were a corner ahead of everyone else. We are back at Western Springs this Saturday for the Final round of the Springs Series which we are excited about. We'd love to go out with a good result as we did last year with a Second in the feature.
