Injector question

Posted by Japso P at January 13. 2012

Hello. Is there coming in near future more injectors to G4 menu? Now when e85 is coming more and more popular I think at least Bosch / Injector Dynamics EV14 injectors would be good addition (1000cc and 2200cc versions) and maybe Siemens Deka IV Mototron 2300cc ones.

ID1000 = Bosch 1000cc

I rather key in the numbers manually (every quality injector should come with a sheet) then trust a preset.
It's great you americans are finally getting your hands on ethanol :)

We stopped adding additional injectors to the list due to the problems of people selecting a "close one".  Unfortunately two injectors that look similar and have the same flow can have very different characteristics.  Also, the characteristics alter with fuel pressure etc..  As Fredrik said, the provision is there to add all required information manually.  All new injectors come with a data sheet that has this information.

Plug-In

Free yourself from the constraints of the factory ECU. Link's G4 Plug-Ins fit discretely inside the original enclosure. Installation is a breeze, no alteration of the factory wiring loom required. An XS connector provides additional inputs and outputs such as oil pressure inputs or anti-lag / logging switches (the number available depends on the application).
